The Pointer is a Pub, Butchers and Farm serving fantastic, seasonal and delicious food and drink to all who cross its threshold.

Situated at the centre of the village of Brill in Buckinghamshire, we are open every Tuesday to Saturday, serving lunch and dinner and Sunday for Lunch until 5pm . The Butchers next door, where you can buy our meat, charcuterie and freshly baked bread, currently opens on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Our Head Chef Mini Patel shares the Pointer’s passion and commitment to serving fantastic, seasonal British food and utilising local produce from our own farm and butchery. Since joining in December 2015, mini and his team are delighted to have been awarded two AA Rosettes and won the Good Pub Guide Buckinghamshire Pub of the Year 2015.

With and abundance of ingredients available to him from the Pointer garden and farms, Mini’s Philosophy is to cook what is best on the day.
